Recipes Featuring Halibut
- Fish Cocktail

1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 drop Tabasco sauce - Fish Force-meat II
2/3 cup raw halibut
White 1 egg

1 lb cold, boiled fish (halibut, cod or rockfish)
For the dressing:
Yolks or 4 boiled eggs
Salad oil or butter

2 tsps white sugar
6 Tbsps vinegar
1 egg white, beaten to - Boiled or Steamed Fish
Haddock, Codfish, salmon or halibut are nice for boiling.

1 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
1 drop almond extract

1 3/4 cups cold flaked fish (cod, haddock, halibut, or cusk)
1 cup White Sauce I

Sprig of parsley
1/2 slice onion
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs
