1/2 cup cold potato, mashed
1 cup cold halibut (cooked), mashed
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion juice
1 egg, beaten

Salted water - Boiled or Steamed Fish
Haddock, Codfish, salmon or halibut are nice for boiling.

1 quart of water
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of mixed spices but no allspice.

1 lb cold, boiled fish (halibut, cod or rockfish)
