Brioche:
1 1/2c cakes yeast

Yolks 3 eggs
2/3 cup Brown Stock
1/4 cup butter

Lobster:
1 live lobster (12 ounce lobster)
Buttered bread crumbs
Parsley garnish
1/2 lemon
Stuffing:
2 cups medium white sauce
2 small shallots, chopped fine
3 ounce mushrooms, chopped fine

I made this up for a 1 1/2 LB. AUTOMATIC BREAD MACHINE, but for a 1 LB. MACHINE, just decrease all of the spices, & tomato sauce, by 1/3. (IT'S SPICY!)
