Tapioca Caramel
- 1 cup tapioca, soaked over night
- 1 quart water
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Whipped Cream
In the morning add 3 cups brown sugar and bake until it jellies. When it is out of the oven stir into it 1 teaspoon vanilla and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Serve with whipped cream.
