Hi my name is Renee and this one of my favorite bread machine recipes.

It won first place in the annual newspaper recipe contest. I hope you all enjoy it as well as all of us have!

SALSA BREAD:

• 2 teaspoons quick rise yeast
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 3 cups white flour
• 2 Tablespoons soft margarine
• 1/3 cup plus one Tablespoon water
• 3/4 cup salsa

Place all ingredients in your bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.

Select Basic/White cycle. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
